    AWARDS IN DANCE MUSIC

THE OPPORTUNITY: 70% PROJECTED CAGR | 14X EXIT MULTIPLE | SEIS AVAILABLE

DJ AWARDS: THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY INVESTMENT

Own a piece of the "Oscars of Dance Music." We are raising £250,000 for a 10% stake at a £2.25M pre-money valuation (£2.5M post-money). This Seed round closes 24 April 2026, immediately preceding our 25th Anniversary global press launch at IMS Ibiza. Following the launch, our Series A opens on 28 April to raise £500,000 at a £5M pre-money valuation. Currently, only £185,000 of SEIS allocation remains, providing an immediate 50% tax hedge for qualifying UK investors.
    THE VALUE INFLECTION POINT
Our Seed round offers a unique entry at founder-level pricing immediately prior to a major 100% value step-up. This inflection point is secured by a suite of tier-one global contracts: a 3-year residency with Amnesia Ibiza, a 3-year streaming deal with YouTube, and production partnerships with Apple Music. Commercially, we have locked in Beam Suntory as Headline Sponsor, Skiddle as Exclusive Ticketing Partner, Secret Cinema as the event producer and Meliá Hotels International as our global hospitality partner for London, Barcelona, and our 700-guest VIP dinner. By the time we hit the stage at IMS Ibiza, the DJ Awards will be a fully de-risked institution, allowing Seed investors to capture this immediate surge in enterprise value.
    THE UPSIDE
Entry at founder-level pricing before institutional capital arrives. Benchmarked against the 2025 Boiler Room acquisition for £25M, our projected exit to a global entertainment group or PE buyer in five years targets a £35M+ valuation—representing a 14x return and a 70% CAGR.
    THE VISION
We are transforming a 24-year heritage brand into a global media and experiential powerhouse. Dance music is a $17B industry lacking a single credible global institution; the DJ Awards fills this vacuum. By leveraging our "money-cannot-buy" status, we are building a scalable, data-driven, experiential business built for the next 25 years.
    THE 2026 MOMENTUM
    • The Partnership: Exclusive 25th Anniversary host: Amnesia Ibiza (celebrating its 50th year).
    • The Content: 3-year production partnership with YouTube for global streaming and a trial partnership with Apple Music for breakthrough artists.
    • The Show: Immersive production by Secret Cinema; Awards Show hosted by Idris Elba and Paris Hilton; sit-down dinner catered by Meliá Hotels International.
    • The Expansion: Official Series B launch at Art Basel Miami in Dec 2026 to fuel a five-year expansion into Dubai, Berlin, and Shanghai, raising $5M at a $15M valuation.
    TRACTION
Founded in 1998, both original founders still play an active role, with Lenny Krarup sitting on the Board of Directors. Proven resilience with a 2024 reboot and 2025 reset generating 250,000+ public votes and attendance from 90% of the world’s biggest DJs. Led by a heavyweight team from Pacha, IMS, and the BRIT Awards, we are already validated and scaling.
    THE FINANCIALS
    • Year 5 Revenue: £6.0M
    • Year 5 EBITDA: £3.4M
    • Minimum Investment: £25,000
INVEST IN THE LEGACY. OWN THE FUTURE.

    24 YEARS OF HISTORY

Founded in 1998 by José Pascual and Lenny Krarup, the DJ Awards is the original and most respected honour in global dance music. For over 24 years it has celebrated real excellence on the dancefloor, not popularity contests or pay to play voting. While things like the DJ Mag Top 100 have become widely seen as advertising driven and disconnected from the culture, the DJ Awards has always been the real deal. For 19 years it owned Ibiza’s closing week at Pacha, welcoming icons like Daft Punk, Fernandisco, Pete Tong, Basement Jaxx and Carl Cox, before celebrating its twentieth anniversary at Hï Ibiza. This award can’t be bought, can’t be gamed and can’t be faked. It is respected because the artists themselves show up, collect their awards in person and treat it as the one that actually matters. DJ Awards is the OG voice of the culture and the only award that truly reflects the people, the dancefloor and the industry it represents.
