AWARDS IN DANCE MUSIC
THE OPPORTUNITY: 70% PROJECTED CAGR | 6X EXIT MULTIPLE | SEIS AVAILABLE
DJ AWARDS: THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY INVESTMENT BY INVITATION ONLY
Own a piece of the "Oscars of Dance Music." We are currently raising £250,000 for a 10% stake at a £2.5M post-money valuation. This Seed round is open by invitation only to friends and family and closes strictly on May 29th. Immediately following this close, we will commence the due diligence process with Crowdcube in preparation for our summer campaign. The public raise will launch at our Nominees Yacht Party in Ibiza on July 24th, followed by a one-month campaign to raise £500,000 at a £5M valuation. Currently, only £185,000 of SEIS allocation remains, offering an immediate 50% tax hedge for qualifying UK investors before the 2026 tax relief window closes.
THE VALUE INFLECTION POINT
Our Seed round offers a unique entry at a significant discount immediately prior to a 100% value step-up in August. This inflection point is secured by a suite of tier-one global contracts: a 3-year residency with Amnesia Ibiza, a broadcasting partnership with YouTube, and breakthrough artist collaborations with Apple Music, alongside the appointment of Luciano as Chairman of the Grand Jury. Commercially, we have signed BDS Sponsorship (led by Richard Busby) to a three-year contract to drive our sponsorship targets, and Core Events to manage our high-value guest experiences. We have also secured Secret Cinema to produce the 2026 show; immediately upon securing this investment, we will confirm Idris Elba as the presenter of the 2026 Awards.
THE UPSIDE
Benchmarked against recent high-value consolidations of global dance IPs—such as the Boiler Room acquisition by DICE, valued at an estimated £25M—our projected exit targets a £15M valuation within five years. This represents a clear 6x return for seed-stage investors. Unlike marketing-led popularity contests, our 25-year "Non-Pay-to-Play" heritage and Grand Jury of 50+ industry leaders create a defensible, high-barrier-to-entry meritocracy. In a $17B global industry hungry for authentic, data-rich cultural institutions, the DJ Awards stands as a unique and undervalued asset poised for a strategic acquisition by a global entertainment group or private equity buyer.
THE VISION
We are transforming the DJ Awards into a global media and experiential powerhouse, positioning ourselves as the definitive industry trendsetters and tastemakers. By bypassing saturated European markets, we are scaling into high-growth EDM territories, with a roadmap moving from the Ibiza 2026 Reset to Miami 2027, Dubai and Bali 2028, and São Paulo 2030. This expansion includes the high-margin Annual Legends Tour on the Orient Express, specifically designed to capture the UHNW demographic. A cornerstone of our 25th Anniversary relaunch is the global "Elevate the Mix" campaign—a bold initiative designed to lead the industry into a new era by empowering more female talent to take center stage. By leveraging our "Architecture of Access," we convert global influencer reach into a scalable, multi-territory business that doesn't just follow the scene, but actively shapes the future of the world's most lucrative emerging music markets.

25 YEARS OF HISTORY
Founded in 1998 by José Pascual and Lenny Krarup, the DJ Awards is the original and most respected honour in global dance music. For over 24 years it has celebrated real excellence on the dancefloor, not popularity contests or pay to play voting. While things like the DJ Mag Top 100 have become widely seen as advertising driven and disconnected from the culture, the DJ Awards has always been the real deal. For 19 years it owned Ibiza’s closing week at Pacha, welcoming icons like Daft Punk, Fernandisco, Pete Tong, Basement Jaxx and Carl Cox, before celebrating its twentieth anniversary at Hï Ibiza. This award can’t be bought, can’t be gamed and can’t be faked. It is respected because the artists themselves show up, collect their awards in person and treat it as the one that actually matters. DJ Awards is the OG voice of the culture and the only award that truly reflects the people, the dancefloor and the industry it represents.
